I can confirm this is a solid company with a good product, good staff, and reliable service. The customer support rep I worked with was very knowledgeable and provided a replacement device when I made an error in trying to fit my initial purchase. Definitely happy with my purchase

GBI wear a size 12 I wear a size 12. Based on the chart I was a Large. These fit nicely but then they break in and begin falling off constantly within a few days. I look online to find out there are no refunds without all the original packaging and you are responsible for all the shipping costs as well. I bought from here because it was recommended by a review site. After my purchase I was informed the same product with the same level of reviews/satisfaction is available on Amazon for $5-8 depending on your ordered size and includes shims that this site doesn’t offer. All in all I’m out $65 and it was a complete waste of time and money as the product has stretched and become useless after 5 days and no available refund or recourse.

GBExcellent Customer Service Is Still Alive :) I reached out with a question concerning the products return policy and received a quick response concerning this. This put me at ease and I made my purchase of quantity 2 Correct Toes toe spacers. I spent the extra money for quicker shipping and asked Megan Childs, the representative who first answered me on the return policy, if there was anyway to ensure this shipped out as soon as possible trying to get the item in time for a birthday gift. Megan replied with "What I am going to do is mail them out today, they would not be going out till either Wed or Thursday." This was huge in my eyes. Megan could have easily gave the standard answer "We will do what we can but can not make any promises." I was thoroughly pleased with my experience. I look forward to trying the toe spacers out and possibly getting more items in the future.
