Highly recommend SmartMD We've had an excellent experience implementing and using the SmartMD VIP solution. The platform was easy to roll-out, is user-friendly, and gives us deep insights about our referrals, pipeline, and supports our intake, admissions, and HIM teams. The SmartMD team is very responsive and provides excellent support in answering questions and implementing changes in a timely fashion. The solution has drastically improved efficiency in workflows for our intake and admissions teams.

SmartMD I've been utilizing SmartMD for about a year now. They help us with charge entry whenever my internal team is not be able to handle the volume of claims to make our month close. The SmartMD team responds very quickly to emails and is receptive to feedback. My only pain point has been that they do make some data entry errors. That said, there are several caveats to our billing process that can result in human error if you're not completely comfortable with the systems we use. When I identify these errors, Lorna, the team manager, is great at addressing them with her team and ensuring me that she's done so. I would recommend them to a colleague because they meet deadlines and they're easy to work with.

Great personal service! Having been a customer for six years, I have had the opportunity to both participate and observe as services and features were continually added until SMARTMD became the business that it is today. The staff is always amenable when it comes to helping customers achieve their own business goals and they put forth every effort to assist in creating a seamless experience. This personal attention is, by far, their greatest attribute that also sets them apart from the rest.

SMART MD REVIEW EXTREMELY ACCOMODATING. I HAVE BEEN USING SMART MD FOR WELL OVER 8 YEARS, I HAVE GIVEN THEM TEMPLATES, NEW DICTATIONS, WANTING TO DO ALL DIFFERENT KINDS OF SCENERIOS AND THEY HAVE RESPONDED WITH GREAT IDEAS AND FUNCTIONS THAT HAVE BEEN VERY HELPFUL.

Great service overall The good: responsive customer support easy set up pasting directly into EHR good accuracy templates easy to provide and used well by the trascriptionists overall perfect service. Please improve: 1. android app for dictation is sorely needed. it can be as simple as using a 3rd party app that uploads directly to your system -eg use a google drive or something. Can't just say no, we only work with iphone/ipad. 2. the iphone app is a little crowded, but overall usable; would be nice if we had the option to use an app without any features except dictation and upload for those users that did not want anything else.
