Fantastic Customer Service...and prices! I was frustrated with a system glitch that was charging me incorrect shipping and emailed customer service about it. Mariana was right on top of it and got back to me immediately. Not only that, but she took care of the problem VERY fast for me and was very friendly and understanding. I really appreciated that! Shipped in Filthy Boxes I purchased two cases of catheters. They were shipped in the original manufacturer's boxes. The boxes were covered in dark warehouse dust and had foot prints on them. Makes me concerned about using the contents (especially since one box had a hole torn in the side).

Mariana to the rescue again! This is Mariana's 2nd time helping me sort out a problem with an order. When entering my recent order, I wasn't able to find the packages of multiple quantities that I had ordered in the past. And so I entered everything as individual quantities which resulted in the shipping being charged at a rate that was almost as much as the product total. I reached out to Mariana and she was able to assist me by entering the order at the multi-pack rates. The shipping and tax charges then calculated properly. I'd like to say that Mariana is very helpful. She's always quick to respond and eager to help. She's the image of what customer service is all about!
