Dissatisfied customer Your website indicated that if I signed up for email I would receive 10% off my order--didn't happen. Called customer service and spoke with Stephanie and indicated my problem and also ordered another item. She promised to rectify the first discount --didn't happen. She also indicated that I would get 19% off the current order--didn't happen. As a result I am done with your company and will inform others of your false promises.

Wish you kept better stock of the items… Wish you kept better stock of the items you sell. Each time I call to check stock before I place an order it seems there is a 7-10 day delay. The items have to come from the manufacturer. I had to split this order with another supplier. I'll be back but I always check your available stock with a representative by phone.

Great customer service When I had to check for availability on a product the call was picked up quickly. I then need to ask about tax exempt and I used the chat feature which was again answered quickly and professionally.

Recieved AED pads for incorrect model Ordered AED battery for a Phillips Heartstart AED (no clue there were 2 different models). When I added the item to my cart, it had the option to add some new adult pads (only one option) so I tacked the adult pads on to the order. I recieved the items but unfortunately, the pads were for the incorrect AED and I didn't find out until I opened the peel pack so it is totally useless since it is not compatible with my AED. Apparently, the battery ordered is good for two different Heartstart models but only had pad options for one model. If you are going to have the option to tack items on to an order, why not have all the parts for ALL the different AED's the battery is good for? Or better yet, verify the model of AED a customer has, then have a list of the parts for that specific model so there are no errors like this (like an autoparts website). Anyways stuck with a pair of $65 AED pads which are usless to me...posting to try to improve the website and customer experience and avoid someone else having to go thru this.
