GBBe Transparent About What "IN STOCK" Means I went to Amazon, where we have already set up a tax-exempt account through our church, to order pediatric pads for our AED. It said they were out of stock. So I came to your site. When I went to the page about the pediatric pads it said "IN STOCK" and to order quickly because supplies are low. So I jumped through the hoops to create a new account with new password, enter billing information, enter shipping information... I checked out and had to pay tax, because I'm not tax-exempt in your system. Once I checked out I got an email telling me the pads aren't available. If I had known they were out of stock, I wouldn't have set up an account with you. It was a hassle, and we have to pay tax on purchases.

GBDissatisfied customer Your website indicated that if I signed up for email I would receive 10% off my order--didn't happen. Called customer service and spoke with Stephanie and indicated my problem and also ordered another item. She promised to rectify the first discount --didn't happen. She also indicated that I would get 19% off the current order--didn't happen. As a result I am done with your company and will inform others of your false promises.

GBWe only recieved 1 part of the aed (the… We only recieved 1 part of the aed (the battery) and they only billed us for the battery. I called them because I ordered the entire package. It's been 3 weeks. The lady i spoke with (who was amazing) said thats been happening and explained items were on back order and we wouldn't be charged till they shipped. That's understand but wpuld have been nice to know at time of ordering.

GBThey are very efficient with your time. But..... They are very efficient with your time. Got my CPR Certificate online quickly. However, once I paid to get CE credit, the website would not get me my paid CE certificate. Not happy about that. They said, "Call back tomorrow." Definitely not good customer service.
