The customer support was excellent The customer support was excellent. They patiently walked us through everything and helped us resolve the issues we were having.

Biggest issue is that the device really…needs a watch built in Biggest issue is that the device really needs a digital watch built in. Nothing fancy, but it’s taking up all of the wrist real estate for a generation that relies on watches.

Terrible product and system … I have 94 year old dad and 92 year old mom. Tried a number of safety devices. Best overall is lively mobile. We found the fall detection to be less than perfect so tried silvertree. Terrible!!! First not really clear how it works. You cannot talk to human. Overly sensitive goes off 3 x a day false alarm. Apple Watch better than this !!!
