GBGreat Concept - Needs a Few Enhancements Bought this for my MIL as an alternative to the pendant-style fall detection monitors. She loves that it is a watch style. Being visually impaired, the text alerts if she sets off the system do not work for her. She needs a phone call. Monitor does seem super-sensitive. The 15-seconds for her to quell alarm if it thinks she fell is not a long enough window for a visually impaired senior to react. Also, many of her friends were interested in this system but quickly became disinterested when they realized it didn’t also function as a watch.

GBNot good for someone who is active I have had 6 false alarms all while doing everyday tasks such as brushing teeth, vacuuming, driving. My contact person has issues connecting to the site to cancel the alarms. I usually don’t feel the vibrations so I am not able to cancel it myself. The battery only lasts 3-4 days. It might be good for someone who sits in a chair all day.

GBLike the stylish of the Watch but … Like the stylish of the Watch and come with GPS, and no limit members for your care team. Dislike the battery life is not as long lasting as the ads indicated. Sometimes the battery level drops incredibly fast (less than 24hrs from 100% to less than 15%). Dislike the tech support in not available seven days, only Mon-Fri daytime. Hope in the future has more function such as dates and time show on the watch, long last and more stability of the battery and more availability from the support team to solve the issue ASAP.
