GBVery slow to pay claims (if ever)/long wait times to connect with customer service Unfortunately, this company has not lived up to the expectations when I first signed up for coverage. My service providers have had great difficulty in verifying insurance coverages and long wait times on the phone for customer service to submit the claims. I recently received a bill for a covered procedure (colonoscopy) directly from the Dr. This procedure was done over 6 months ago, and the insurance portion has still not been paid, thus, the Dr. just billed me directly. It has taken me several calls to connect the Dr. to the claims department and still no resolution. I am beyond frustrated and will just keep attempting to resolve it so that the insurance pays out what it is supposed to, based on my policy.

GBMy family and I used the plan a few… My family and I used the plan a few times for doctors visits and labworks and haven't had any issues so far with claims or visits.

GBDishonest Salesman The reason we are giving this company such a poor review is because we had a very poor experience with their sales member. My husband called Blue Cross/Blue Shield to get coverage after losing it suddenly at the beginning of this month (April 2024). BCBS then directed us to Innovative Partners, which we assumed was a brokerage. When my husband got a representative he deliberately asked if he was speaking directly with BCBS to which the man replied 'Yes!' My husband then explained to him the circumstances and the man then disclosed he didn't want to have this conversation on the phone any longer and gave him his """personal number""" because my husband was "going through a lot". The salesman was then engaged and seemingly concerned about our circumstances and then agreed to help us apply to BCBS. My husband then applied for what he was told was Blue Cross/Blue Shield.....it was not.... he then paid $1,400 for the coverage of BCBS or so he was told. When we called BCBS for a temporary card until the real card came in, the had zero record of us even applying. Which was odd because we has "applied through a broker with Innovative Partners LP". They insisted they had zero information on us. We then contacted the salesman at Innovative Partners LP and said, BCBS has no evidence of us even applying. He replied via text, "It takes 30 days to go through the process with Blue Cross Blue Shield". He then said to call Innovative Partners LP in the morning to get more answers and he would be available at 11am to answer our questions if we needed more clarification. The next day he then completely avoided all texts and phone calls... I have seen several responses by Innovative Partners saying they cannot review calls because they are not recorded. ** WE HAVE ALL TEXTS MESSAGES**

GBI read some of the reviews online. I read some of the reviews online, I think people might be confused but keep in mind Innovative Partners is not the one selling the health insurance plans, they are the billing and customer service company.
