Intially I'll admit I was skeptical and… Intially I'll admit I was skeptical and confused about some of the pricing but when I called customer service they explained the benefits to me and made me feel much more at ease.

I read some of the reviews online. I read some of the reviews online, I think people might be confused but keep in mind Innovative Partners is not the one selling the health insurance plans, they are the billing and customer service company.

Worse insurance company ever!!!! Worse insurance company ever!!!! I can't believe my husband lost 2 toes and has a heart attack and nobody takes your insurance plan !!and I had to pay 1300 for prescriptions because our card don't work,ALSO the doctor office wants insurance cards not on the phone,just all around backwards when you have an emergency!please shouldn't have to deal with running around with the insurance,very unsatisfied
