GBThis was my first time looking for… This was my first time looking for health insurance on my own, i've always had coverage through my employer. I Called in very confused about my coverage, i swear i was scammed, how fast everything happened. After speaking with the Customer Service i am glad i called. I rushed through the process an really did not know who i gave my money too .. However, after my conversation with rep Georgia, I'm very confidant and more educated about my coverage. GBI read some of the reviews online. I read some of the reviews online, I think people might be confused but keep in mind Innovative Partners is not the one selling the health insurance plans, they are the billing and customer service company.
