The product is much better than I expected, the fabric is not thin and flimsy but very sturdy - the knee wrap is adjustable and can fit thigh, knee, arm, or calf. Excellent product to ice a sports (or old age) injury.

I like the product I like the product, but for some reason I didn’t get a confirmation email as to when it would be delivered; so I had to call to see if the product was sent. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Great customer service I ordered from this website since I couldn’t find the size xs anywhere else. When I placed my order I got back a confirmation email and then when I didn’t get a tracking number I emailed customer service with little hope of anything. I sent my email around midnight by morning I had an email response with an apology about not receiving a tracking number email. That same day I received my package. Great customer service!
