Customer service and item I ordered is terrible. I ordered k-board cushion on December 6. Cushion is not usable, only 7 inches long! I contacted customer service multiple times to return and replace item. No one ever answer or return my calls. Terrible customer service and junk product. I will write review on Google as well, so everyone knows how awful this business is.

Superior customer service Superior customer service. I ordered the wrong sleeve, noticed it almost immediately after I ordered and was able to communicate ONLINE (yay!) to ship the correct item instead. Prompt handling of my order and credit. The product is much better than I expected, the fabric is not thin and flimsy but very sturdy - the knee wrap is adjustable and can fit thigh, knee, arm, or calf. Excellent product to ice a sports (or old age) injury.

The best Have tried other wrist compression sleeves but they all have an irritating seam between the thumb and forefinger. Brownmed's is comfortable and provides the perfect amount of compression that I'm able to work on a computer all day with discomfort. Shipping was fast and their website is easy to navigate. Definitely will keep coming back.

Good product, helps dealing with arthritis pain. I have used the arthritis gloves for a few years, this purchase was for a new pair. I have ordered a new pair because they do work, I am 78, they do give me comfort in my hands. This order I also purchased the wrist glove, which I just began using today, 4/04/24. I broke my right wrist many years ago, in 2023 I had two falls with my right wrist getting the worst of the fall. I'm hoping that the extra support will help. I also am pleased with the delivery timeframe.
