Great customer service I ordered from this website since I couldn’t find the size xs anywhere else. When I placed my order I got back a confirmation email and then when I didn’t get a tracking number I emailed customer service with little hope of anything. I sent my email around midnight by morning I had an email response with an apology about not receiving a tracking number email. That same day I received my package. Great customer service!

This is my third of these eyemasks This is my third of these eyemasks. They are cool on my face and the weight gives the right pressure. They impart enough darkness to help my sleep. They are soft and comfortable. My only complaint is that they eventually stretch out too much to use. I think this is a consequence of the combination of the weight and the soft cover, though, so it's a worthwhile tradeoff. PS after Brownmed response: I'd love to try the new design with stronger strap!

The heel huggers provide just enough cushion against my orthotics, and I wear them inside all my shoes over the socks. I also wear them when barefoot in yoga classes where I also need that extra cushion for comfort in the poses. I have recommended them to other yoga students with foot issues, and they are always grateful.
