This is my third purchase This is my third purchase. I like the masks are made in the US and the materials are also sourced here. I am immunocompromised and work in a high volume-people space. So, the kn95 were what my physician recommended I use. I am also allergic to many chemicals, so having a hypoallergenic mask I must wear for around 9 hours a day is a must. These masks are the best! Always delivered super fast, which is also a huge plus. I will continue to only purchase from this company.

There masks are the best There masks are the best! They are thick, well made, made in the US, and reasonable priced. The shipping is great, the N95's are individually wrapped and the medical masks are ASTM tested. Great company, would 100% recommend them to anyone. They also fit really well.

Haven’t Received Masks & Nonexistent Customer Service I purchased face masks on 03/02/22 and the money has been taken out of my account but I have yet to receive a confirmation email or tracking number. I reached out to Luosh via email twice with no response and via phone twice (I left voicemails) with no response. This is definitely unacceptable to have such poor customer service and I’m at the point where I’m most likely going to have to take it up with my bank.

Descriptive, easy to navigate website with great products The products are shipped out in a timely manner, they are packaged well and the website is simple to use. The products i purchased are usually well made, though i've had 2 individual masks (out of hundreds) arrive with the ear elastic broken and unusable. I will continue to purchase from LuoshUSA!
