Great mask Firstly, we were looking for a decent black medical mask and found these to fit the best. I purchased them first at Whole Foods and was impressed. The customer service is great too. I tried to use a discount given in an email as a returning customer and it did not work. I reached out by email and got a response in 5-10 minutes offering me a family/friends discount (even better) for the inconvenience.

Haven’t Received Masks & Nonexistent Customer Service I purchased face masks on 03/02/22 and the money has been taken out of my account but I have yet to receive a confirmation email or tracking number. I reached out to Luosh via email twice with no response and via phone twice (I left voicemails) with no response. This is definitely unacceptable to have such poor customer service and I’m at the point where I’m most likely going to have to take it up with my bank.

Great masks plain and simple Great masks plain and simple. I will only buy USA made products so I appreciate Luosh, great job. I glue two of them together so I can have double the little piece of metal that fits over the nose to close out that triangle so it doesn't blow out on my glasses. I like paper, I like the disposability. I don't care if someone says the mask doesn't catch everything, it's catching something !

High quality and comfort masks Received my order couple days ago and now putting one on my face first time it feels super comfortable, material is soft and doesn’t feel scratchy on my skin at all. Most of all there’s no weird or unpleasant smell/scent coming off of it! Absolutely loving it. Will definitely order more when running low.

Exceptional customer service The service is excellent. Everyone is knowledgeable about the products and eager to answer all of your questions. They really care about their customers, especially the owner who will call herself to make sure that you get excellent service and all of your needs are met. I don't know any other company where the owner takes such an interest in the customer.
