GBExcellent Company and Face Masks I discovered this company early in the pandemic as a result of an internet search for face masks made in the USA. I ordered 2 kinds of masks, and have been ordering them ever since. The fact that I never contracted Covid-19 up to the present is a testament, at least in part, to the utility of these masks. I am still ordering masks and always receive them in a very timely fashion. I would highly recommend these masks and this company.

GBExceptional customer service The service is excellent. Everyone is knowledgeable about the products and eager to answer all of your questions. They really care about their customers, especially the owner who will call herself to make sure that you get excellent service and all of your needs are met. I don't know any other company where the owner takes such an interest in the customer.

GBThis maybe my third order for mask… This maybe my third order for mask since the epidemic began…very good quality mask and great if concerned about allergies..researched extensively to find you guys and grateful for making all information easily found as to the standards these mask meet…even wearing mine during the low transmittal periods in store/restaurants/etc because i’m not picking up other viruses as much..in addition when i mess up and run out a message and you move quickly to get them to me before a vacation we were going on last week..love your company..don’t stop what you are doing..American needs more companies run like yours..

GBGreat masks plain and simple Great masks plain and simple. I will only buy USA made products so I appreciate Luosh, great job. I glue two of them together so I can have double the little piece of metal that fits over the nose to close out that triangle so it doesn't blow out on my glasses. I like paper, I like the disposability. I don't care if someone says the mask doesn't catch everything, it's catching something !

GBHaven’t Received Masks & Nonexistent Customer Service I purchased face masks on 03/02/22 and the money has been taken out of my account but I have yet to receive a confirmation email or tracking number. I reached out to Luosh via email twice with no response and via phone twice (I left voicemails) with no response. This is definitely unacceptable to have such poor customer service and I’m at the point where I’m most likely going to have to take it up with my bank.
