Exceptional customer service The service is excellent. Everyone is knowledgeable about the products and eager to answer all of your questions. They really care about their customers, especially the owner who will call herself to make sure that you get excellent service and all of your needs are met. I don't know any other company where the owner takes such an interest in the customer.

One step from great The KN95 respirators I ordered were delivered quickly, matched the description, and seem to work OK. Customer service, as has always been the case with Luosh, was excellent. There are ways the product could be improved (lot numbers, proper code stamp) but it seems to be fit-for-purpose.

Excellent Company and Face Masks I discovered this company early in the pandemic as a result of an internet search for face masks made in the USA. I ordered 2 kinds of masks, and have been ordering them ever since. The fact that I never contracted Covid-19 up to the present is a testament, at least in part, to the utility of these masks. I am still ordering masks and always receive them in a very timely fashion. I would highly recommend these masks and this company.
