Return policy I have referred patients to Alaskan Northern Lights for the purchase of light boxes for 40 years as I've trust their product. Today I had the unpleasant experience of finding out that they do not offer prepaid return labels. Given that these lights are not inexpensive, it adds an extra obstacle to getting people to try them. I think for the price of the Box they could at least offer free returns. Not in conducive to people getting care.

Ive been using the light box for almost… Ive been using the light box for almost 3 weeks and can def. say it has helped me wake up earlier naturally before my alarm clock. The only thing im not crazy about is the double cord required to plug in and attatch. Its just cumbersome and sometimes gets disconnected when I move the light to a different angle.

Excellent customer service… I spoke with their customer service team after my purchase. They called me because my transaction was flagged, but we figured it out quickly. They were very delightful and helpful with getting me the information that I needed.

Happy with purchase Eay ordering and quick shipping. Light was well packaged and east to assemble. Light and stand are well made.
