GBAwesome customer service I have used a northern light during the winter season for years. My daughter just moved to CO for her first full time job. Winters can be tough being inside all day. I ordered her a light but unfortunately it arrived damaged. Northern lights sent out a replacement the same day. Now that is awesome service for a tried and truly great product.

GBReturn policy I have referred patients to Alaskan Northern Lights for the purchase of light boxes for 40 years as I've trust their product. Today I had the unpleasant experience of finding out that they do not offer prepaid return labels. Given that these lights are not inexpensive, it adds an extra obstacle to getting people to try them. I think for the price of the Box they could at least offer free returns. Not in conducive to people getting care.

GBGreat tech support for an older, out-of-warranty product Beth was very knowledgable about the product, didn't try to sell me a new one, gave helpful tech advice, and explained where I could get replacement parts. I ultimately bought a new LED light box to replace my old NorthStar. My experience restored my faith that at least some companies really stand by their products and make an effort to hire and retain stellar employees.

GBExcellent customer service… I spoke with their customer service team after my purchase. They called me because my transaction was flagged, but we figured it out quickly. They were very delightful and helpful with getting me the information that I needed.
