I love doing business with companies that provide great customer service even if it cost me a little more, to me customer service is everything! I am a nurse with Bayada and our… I am a nurse with Bayada and our clients supply co did not have a dual circuit tubing adapter for the metal arm we have to keep tubing in place. I searched in line during 11p-7a shift and found Ventilator accessories w/ WT Farley. On their site you could email them, I truly did not think someone would call, but a representative named Mike did call me the next morning and was extremely helpful and the piece we could not find was sent out and expect delivery Monday. My experience was amazing! Mike B was amazing!

He responds to emails within the same day and answers his phone! Something I greatly appreciate, especially when I need a response quickly to a problem. Shipping is a little bit expensive on bigger items, but the turnaround time is quick, and product has never arrived damaged. Only once has there been a product that did not meet expectations. Mike was quick to get it corrected. I received the replacement product and return label in a few days. I am very happy with the service and quality of WT Farley!
