He responds to emails within the same day and answers his phone! Something I greatly appreciate, especially when I need a response quickly to a problem. Shipping is a little bit expensive on bigger items, but the turnaround time is quick, and product has never arrived damaged. Only once has there been a product that did not meet expectations. Mike was quick to get it corrected. I received the replacement product and return label in a few days. I am very happy with the service and quality of WT Farley!

Recently, we inquired about obtaining a better quality single oxygen cart, that was already assembled, other than the one the oxygen companies provide. We were provided with a quick telephone response and were promptly notified that our on-line order has shipped.

Quality product Great communication after purchase, item arrived on the date promised. The shipping company was very rough with package, the box was torn at all four corners but the cart is so well made it didn’t affect it. Cart is sturdy and works perfectly in our shop. Quality product, wouldn’t hesitate to purchase again.
