He responds to emails within the same day and answers his phone! Something I greatly appreciate, especially when I need a response quickly to a problem. Shipping is a little bit expensive on bigger items, but the turnaround time is quick, and product has never arrived damaged. Only once has there been a product that did not meet expectations. Mike was quick to get it corrected. I received the replacement product and return label in a few days. I am very happy with the service and quality of WT Farley!

I found myself in need of a couple hoses with a specific set up that I wasn’t completely sure how to configure on line. Brody had me squared away within a few minutes and the hoses were at my door (on the opposite coast) in about 24hr!
