I loved the physician I loved the physician, but I have been waiting 40 days now for Plush to send the appeal to my insurance company for the medication. I have been told several times that they are have sent their part, and the insurance company has no history of receiving it. I'm in a "he said, she said" bs of a situation and I'm giving up on them. They have charged me for 3 months of "membership", for nothing, I'm guessing that's how they make as much money as they can

This company is a scam This company is a scam. I thought I was going to CVS.com to make an appointment with the Minute Clinic and was diverted to PlushCare. When it was clear that I made an error thinking I was at CVS.com and I learned I would be charged for the cancellation of an appointment, I contacted PlushCare. They told me they would not charge my credit card. In fact they did charge my card and repeatedly continued to charge my card monthly despite my calls to reverse the charges and cancel any ‘subscription’ (I never authorized a subscription or any charges to my card). I put a stop on my credit card and was issued a new credit card. To my utter shock, they charged my new card 2 times before I released that they continued this fraudulent practice. Do NOT engage with this corrupt, criminal business.

You may really bond and trust ur physician. But it is not like dealing with an actual physicians office that deal daily w/ special needs and life happens circumstances. My visits w/ Dr. Jaw are always perfect. I had made multiple visits to work around lab work that she needed to discuss health and refill prescriptions. And I thought I cancelled all visits not needed. However one was not and came thru this morning to my surprise. I'm annoyed that being a regular patient that I could not reschedule it for a near future visit and instead was charged 50.00 I also prior to these visits reached out to the Health Team and Coordinators to explain special circumstances of my need for an emergency supply of meds due to travel. I think the draw back to the experience is everything is very robotic as far as support on the app. As I said none of this has anything to do with my physician.

Beware of answering forms, you’ll get charged for them. Used PlushCare for about 1 year. Has been difficult getting through to a person if you have a question. Sometimes can be confusing trying to schedule and most recently had a form with questions pop up which I completed and then I’m charged an extra $20 for it, which insurance declined to pay. Deceptive.

Doctors were helpful and kind I ended up seeing Plush Care doctors twice for an illness this month. Both appointments were quick and easy and the doctors were knowledgeable and kind.
