freedom joint drops Pup Labs informs me of recurring shipping dates and charges in a timely manner. I have not posted a product review yet for I am still waiting for definitive evidence on the efficacy of Freedom Joint Drops. There are days when it seems to help, other times not so much.

SCAM Only got this product yesterday, of course they tell you 2-3 months supply so you purchase a 3 month supply. I opened the dropper of Freedom Joint Drops and it literally smells like sewer. I thought maybe my dog farted, but it’s really bad. What am I actually giving him? Opened another bottle just to make sure it’s not a bad bottle, turns out it all stinks. There is no instructions other than weight and amount… no flyers…. I’m actually afraid to give him this product, requesting a refund!!

I made a decision to order but instead of just allowing my order to go through I was subjected to not one but three "but waits" trying to sell be more of the product I was ordering and/or some other product. I hate when this happens!! If you think that's affective marketing I beg to differ. I just closed out the website not knowing if my order would go through or not. Obviously it did.

Good people to work with but still learning. My dog started out loving the chews but lately is spitting them out. He is not getting any relief from joint pain with this product. Pup Labs are responsive to your emails and contacts. The Customer Service representatives are willing to work with you. However, sometimes an order is misconstrued. I've found instances where my order is taken as a brand new customer and I have two accounts in the system when I only want one. I have found a marketing pricing error on line. They made it right.
