Pup Labs are responsive to your emails and contacts. The Customer Service representatives are willing to work with you. However, sometimes an order is misconstrued. I've found instances where my order is taken as a brand new customer and I have two accounts in the system when I only want one. I have found a marketing pricing error on line. They made it right. Was hoping for better results The ad was way too long , still I sat thru it , was very excited , I thought it seemed to be working , after sticking to the the instructions it hasn't given me the results I was hoping for .
