GBGood people to work with but still learning. My dog started out loving the chews but lately is spitting them out. He is not getting any relief from joint pain with this product. Pup Labs are responsive to your emails and contacts. The Customer Service representatives are willing to work with you. However, sometimes an order is misconstrued. I've found instances where my order is taken as a brand new customer and I have two accounts in the system when I only want one. I have found a marketing pricing error on line. They made it right. GBThe original video was way too long but… The original video was way too long but I struggled through it. I made a decision to order but instead of just allowing my order to go through I was subjected to not one but three "but waits" trying to sell be more of the product I was ordering and/or some other product. I hate when this happens!! If you think that's affective marketing I beg to differ. I just closed out the website not knowing if my order would go through or not. Obviously it did.
