Once I received an email saying my order was confirmed, I replied to this email and requested you cancel this order. I called my credit card to file a dispute, but the order was being process and needed to wait to see if you would issue me a credit. If not, they would handle it from there. Dispute the same day as order.

SCAM I placed an order for 3 K9 Belly Bliss on my iphone. When I scrolled to the end it said I placed an order for both 6 and 3 jars and was charged for both. I called and spoke to Alehandra and was told I had to order the first item which was the 6 jars because it was listed first and could only cancel the 3 jars. My dog has cancer and I wanted her to be comfortable and only needed 3. I was then told if I got 3 it would be more expensive than the price I ordered at the orignal discounted price. I feel I was treated unfairly for some glitch and had to cancel the whole order.

The original video was way too long but… The original video was way too long but I struggled through it. I made a decision to order but instead of just allowing my order to go through I was subjected to not one but three "but waits" trying to sell be more of the product I was ordering and/or some other product. I hate when this happens!! If you think that's affective marketing I beg to differ. I just closed out the website not knowing if my order would go through or not. Obviously it did.
