Extremely pleasant experience from… Extremely pleasant experience from start to finish even when I was afraid I wasn’t going to be able to get my prescription due to insurance issue. But they were super helpful and walked me through step by step what my options were and in the end it was all a success. Will 100% continue using TwentyEight Health!

Very unorganized company. I'd like to start this out by saying that the customer service team is absolutely amazing. They're wonderful to work with. My issue is with the fact that I have to contact them so often. I've had issues before with orders arriving a bit late. But this month is the worst so far. I paid for my copay March 20th. My birth control was due to arrive the 27th. The next business day after that it still hadn't arrived. My dashboard forced me to make a 2nd payment. My arrival date changed to April 9th. I got a refund for one of the payments. Now, today (April 7th), my arrival date has changed AGAIN to April 12th. Then I received an email saying a owe a copay. I checked my dashboard and it says I'm due to be charged that copay tomorrow. I shouldn't have to pay 3 times while I'm still sitting without my medication. Birth control should never be this much of a hassle. Editing to add that I was just now charged my copay for a THIRD time and my shipment date has moved AGAIN to April 15th.

I used to love this company I used to love this company, but now I hate them with a passion. You guys have the worst recordkeeping on earth. That is negligence. It all started when they changed my prescription to a different birth control because they were trying to run my script through their pharmacy even though I get my medication through my local pharmacy. I don’t have my medication shipped out to me, so why is your pharmacy trying to process my medication to begin with?So I’m on my ring or whatever and I’m like hey I need another script so I go and I contact them and they’re like oh you can pay out-of-pocket plan for $18 and have your prescription changed. Why would I have my prescription changed and pay $18 when I know that the ring I’m using is covered by my insurance. The other option was to pay $26 again to get a new consultation. So either way they were trying to milk money for me. Do you see how disgusting and manipulative that is? You guys should be ashamed of yourselves. Oh, and trust and believe I got the screenshots and everything of the last conversation I had and the current one. You are disgusting and you should be ashamed. mind you my medication was never supposed to be changed to a different one in the first place I never gave consent to do that. And I had asked them to change it back to the ring before hand, but no one did anything. All they did was send a script for one more ring to the pharmacy. That is not changing it In your system. Y’all are despicable and money hungry

Another company claiming to be different but ends the same I HIGHLY recommend going somewhere else for BC pills. I reached out to them to setup an account and was told on April 17th that they were contacting the pharmacy and it should take 3-5 business days. I was told the delivery was scheduled for April 25th. I reached out April 29th and got a response saying our insurance didn't cover this service. They never told me this, I had to reach out to get this answer after 12 entire days of waiting for the pharmacy to fill the prescription. Then they as for $26 per pack? This is significantly more than market value and I don't see this company lasting more than 2-3 years.

Disappointing, do not communicate well I have been pretty disappointed by this company. I was originally using Simple Health before they switched to Twentyeight Health, and I never had any issues. My first shipment was over a month late, and I had to contact cutomer service to figure this out. No updates. I had to go to the pharmacy for one pack, which kind of defeats the purpose. Customer service is friendly when I reach out, but they should let you know when something is that late. It wasn't until I sent an email saying I plan to cancel my service that I got an email saying my BC was shipped. I also just got an email that I will automatically be added to a plan that is $12.99 per month, on top of what the BC packs cost. Perks include OTC medication and other things I don't need and did not ask for. I find this really distasteful and shady. There are better companies out there.
