GBAnother company claiming to be different but ends the same I HIGHLY recommend going somewhere else for BC pills. I reached out to them to setup an account and was told on April 17th that they were contacting the pharmacy and it should take 3-5 business days. I was told the delivery was scheduled for April 25th. I reached out April 29th and got a response saying our insurance didn't cover this service. They never told me this, I had to reach out to get this answer after 12 entire days of waiting for the pharmacy to fill the prescription. Then they as for $26 per pack? This is significantly more than market value and I don't see this company lasting more than 2-3 years.

GBDO NOT RECOMMEND DO NOT RECOMMEND. Completely unorganized. Before Twentyeight Health, I was with Simple Health until they closed and moved all of their customers over to Twentyeight Health. I never once had to contact Simple Health, my prescriptions were ALWAYS on time. When it comes to Twentyeight Health, I have to message them at least once a month, if not more. I haven’t received a prescription from them in 4 MONTHS! They mess up and tell me to call TruePill to get a refill and that they’ll send me my prescription for the following month.. then the same thing will happen again. I messaged them at the beginning of April asking when my prescription would be here and they said the pharmacy was running behind but it would be on time. I got an email 8 days ago stating that my prescription was sent and when I went to look today, it just says that the label was created.. 😐 Don’t risk messing up your birth control schedule. Go somewhere else. These people do not care.

GBExtremely pleasant experience from… Extremely pleasant experience from start to finish even when I was afraid I wasn’t going to be able to get my prescription due to insurance issue. But they were super helpful and walked me through step by step what my options were and in the end it was all a success. Will 100% continue using TwentyEight Health!

GBNow "upgraded" to $156/year instead of $26 They're switching to a monthly fee ($12.99), or, close o $156/year instead of $26/year automatically. Without my consent. I just emailed them to opt out. Hopefully it will be quick and easy this time...customer service had been horrible in my previous interaction.

GBI had issues with my insurance covering… I had issues with my insurance covering a prescription and I was ready to look elsewhere for birth control. Then I received an email from Queen with a solution at a reasonable cost! I’m so grateful!
