I met with a FNP re sleep I met with a FNP re sleep - she was very competent and thorough with good converstional tone. She was alert and engaged - it didnt feel less quality than an in person visit but was at the same level of attentiveness. Made the appropriate referrals and ordered a remote sleep study.

First Time Using Telehealth This was one of the first times using telehealth and Circle Medical. The PA was super helpful, friendly and listened to my issues.

poor customer service I've been dealing with Circle Medical for almost a year and generally I've had a good experances. However I'm recently having a bill/insurance issues (my insurer says blood tests where coded incorrectly) and I've been in contact with their customer support. What can I say, it's terrible. They only engage via instance message. They're very slow to response and I keep having to explain the issue to different people. This is going on for over 3 month. I've try ask to speak to someone but they ignor me. Make your own decsions, but consider what will happen when you need support.

If I could give 0 stars If I could give 0 stars, I would. Don’t expect any quality of care from them. They will spend 30+ days verifying your insurance benefits after taking your money for the consultation appt. RUN
