GBBEWARE: Double Billing Months Later BEWARE. Circle charged me at the time of appointments and then charged me for every appointment AGAIN eleven months after the first one I had with them, and six months after my last. Scam, scam, scam. I left after nine months; I only needed their service to continue my prescriptions in between insurances. The physician I had was unprofessional, bringing her religion into the appointments regularly and other behavior and comments that reflected poorly on her practice.

GBTerrible … The provider is great but my experience with the support staff has been terrible. The customer service is terrible. The response has been terrible. Everything but the provider has been terrible.

GBHorrible experience Horrible experience, back to back virtual visits scheduled and tried to charge for both then send me to a physical location to charge again. Absolutely ridiculous, just a giant cash grab that if youre willing to pay a boatload before even getting a non guaranteed script for your meds than go for it. I wont be dealing with this garbage company anymore.

GBGot my dr apt same day Got my dr apt same day. Process took <5 min. Touched apple pay and payment went thru automatically 30 min after my apt. Entire apt on the app. Maybe 5 min of questionaire/ID verification. Convenient and hassle free process all the way through.

Practical advise, with the prescribed medications…I never felt rushed, she allowed dignity and grace…and understanding! Numerous appointments are available!
