Best Decision for My Healthcare Dr.Nancy was kind, encouraging and restored my hope. I have a difficult time seeking and accepting help. However, it was easy opening up to her and together we are working on a treatment plan that we both agree upon. I travel for work, most of the time it is emergency and last minute, and I have found it impossible to book appointments that I don’t have to constantly reschedule. The virtual appointments save my time and it proves to continually work with my schedule. This was by far the best decision I had regarding my healthcare.

Horrible experience Horrible experience, back to back virtual visits scheduled and tried to charge for both then send me to a physical location to charge again. Absolutely ridiculous, just a giant cash grab that if youre willing to pay a boatload before even getting a non guaranteed script for your meds than go for it. I have tried to find a local PCP in my area and everyone is booked for months. I wasn’t sure what to do. I found out about Circle Medical through my Cigna app and I had my intake appointment today! The FNP-BC was very helpful. She listened to my concerns and helped me with a plan forward for treatment. I have a follow up appointment next week and will begin treatment. I’m relieved that I’m finally getting help.

I met with a FNP re sleep I met with a FNP re sleep - she was very competent and thorough with good converstional tone. She was alert and engaged - it didnt feel less quality than an in person visit but was at the same level of attentiveness. Made the appropriate referrals and ordered a remote sleep study.

Check it out on Better Business Bureau. This establishment should be shut down. If you see on zocdoc that a doctor is part of this organization, run for the hills. The doctor wrote the wrong directions on my prescription and my pharmacy will not fill it due to his error. There is no way to get in touch with the doctor and the circle medical team had no way of getting in touch with him either. They did not do anything to rectify the situation and now it is the end of the next day, and I still do not have my needed medication. They treat prescriptions as if you are waiting on an Amazon package. You will never get anyone on the phone, even with requesting.
