Medical care made easy. Hello Alpha has made getting medical care very easy. I always recommend Hello Alpha for all online medical needs. My provider always responds back quickly. They have also been great at getting prior authorizations approved.

I disliked the fact the fees increased… I disliked the fact the fees increased to 64$ a month and I am unable to receive the medication I was prescribed. I am paying for three months and not getting anywhere with my weightless journey. I do really it is not your company's fault the medication is backordered, but I should not be charged monthly if I am not using your service.

It takes way too long for prescriptions… It takes way too long for prescriptions to be sent via the mail pharmacy. If alpha is to offer that service, at least make it comparable to other pharmacies. I shouldn’t wait days just for the prescription to ship. The status has stated “preparing your order” for days.
