Phenomenal experience with Hello Alpha This company has some of the best medical providers I've encountered in person or online. Their customer service is wonderful & they are so genuine when they are taking care of you. I've been with them over a year to supplement my health care needs & I'm very grateful for them.

The PAs are always very responsive The PAs are always very responsive. However, the pre-authorization process is a mess. The company that is hired by Alpha to handle that on Aloha’s behalf has no idea what they’re doing. I waited over a week for them to respond to me and then they obtained a pre-authorization on the wrong dosage of my meds. Never an apology from them, just bad service.

Medical care made easy. Hello Alpha has made getting medical care very easy. I always recommend Hello Alpha for all online medical needs. My provider always responds back quickly. They have also been great at getting prior authorizations approved.

If you are looking to HRT… If you are looking for menopause treatment wont happened; these are regular NP’s which have no experience in perimenopause . My np sent me to look for an specialist but the charged me the $30 for the visit I wont recommend this online service.
