GBI disliked the fact the fees increased… I disliked the fact the fees increased to 64$ a month and I am unable to receive the medication I was prescribed. I am paying for three months and not getting anywhere with my weightless journey. I do really it is not your company's fault the medication is backordered, but I should not be charged monthly if I am not using your service.

GBIt takes way too long for prescriptions… It takes way too long for prescriptions to be sent via the mail pharmacy. If alpha is to offer that service, at least make it comparable to other pharmacies. I shouldn’t wait days just for the prescription to ship. The status has stated “preparing your order” for days.

GBTotal waste and money and time Main provider I was assigned to put an away message up for five days on day two of care. The fill in provider that started to answer my questions was absolutely no help and had obviously never read my file. She ended up suggesting I start a medication that I have been on already for the past 16 years. Total waste of money.

GBThe PAs are always very responsive The PAs are always very responsive. However, the pre-authorization process is a mess. The company that is hired by Alpha to handle that on Aloha’s behalf has no idea what they’re doing. I waited over a week for them to respond to me and then they obtained a pre-authorization on the wrong dosage of my meds. Never an apology from them, just bad service.
