LOVE Kandypen customer service!! I've owned a Kandypen for about a year. Worked flawlessly until the other day. No matter what I did, the pen kept blinking 10 times. I contacted Kandypen customer service. Not only did they respond to my email within hours, they sent out a replacement the NEXT DAY. AWESOME SERVICE!! In the age of Covid 19, most businesses customer service is sorely lacking. Long waits for responses etc. They were a breath of fresh air. Excellent work guys!!!!

Bad Business Terrible experience I order their 24k series dry herb vaporizer in a white and gold. What I received was a silver and white none working product. Customer service line leads to a voicemail. Emails with customer support has been back and forth for 2-3 weeks of no help no apology for the inconvenience and refuses refund. As the owner of this company I would be ashamed. 100% do not buy product does not meet promise and is paired with sub par customer service.

Kandy pen is a scam I ordered a k vape pro in March 2019 only to receive a damaged product in September. I sent pictures immediately and they refused to take it back claiming they sending another. It's August 19 2020. I have no Kandy pen, no refund nothing. Just a painful devastating rip off. I believe you have a better chance dealing with 3rd parties than Kandy pen themselves. It's plain robbery with nothing you can do about it 😭😭😭😭. Their shipping trackers dont work n ive complained too much. No one cares. $100 gone. Hundreds of emails not responded to only after two months they might respond with another question that will take another 2 months for them to review. Please assist me. Am so devastated, emotionally, spiritually, physically! It's breaking getting robbed by huge successful companies

Will not provide warranty service… Will not provide warranty service unless I pay out of pocket to ship back product. I have had several of their pens break or stop working for no apparent reason. Would not recommend, there are lots of other options out their similar quality and cheaper.

I purchased K-Vape Pro Black for… I purchased K-Vape Pro Black for $99.97. What a piece of you know what. It never heated any loose material enough, it would clog and the glass mouthpiece would burn my mouth. If I lived in the US I would take this terrible company to court. I told them this, and they sent me another one - this second device lasted 2 full charges then died with the same symptoms as above. Order number 1000362671 if you want to do your job, make contact with me or replies to the one of many emails that you have ghosted me. If you buy from this company who have reviews of 1/5 then its your own fault - you've been warned my me and the hundreds of other reviews online.
