GBBad Business Terrible experience I order their 24k series dry herb vaporizer in a white and gold. What I received was a silver and white none working product. Customer service line leads to a voicemail. Emails with customer support has been back and forth for 2-3 weeks of no help no apology for the inconvenience and refuses refund. As the owner of this company I would be ashamed. 100% do not buy product does not meet promise and is paired with sub par customer service.

GBDeceptive practices and cheap hardware The company manufactures cheap equipment and uses deceptive practices to cover up negative feedback. I've owned three of their devices and all have failed. The first time I was told it was how I was cleaning it (even though I was using their supplies and directions). The next two items I followed the instructions to a T and they both failed. When I tried posting reviews to warn other customers, my reviews were deleted and a support ticket was created. I was given a discount code to buy more of their unreliable devices and was basically blamed for not using them right. I explained I had not opened a ticket and asked that they put my reviews back up. Which of course never happened.

AUI purchased K-Vape Pro Black for… I purchased K-Vape Pro Black for $99.97. What a piece of you know what. It never heated any loose material enough, it would clog and the glass mouthpiece would burn my mouth. If I lived in the US I would take this terrible company to court. I told them this, and they sent me another one - this second device lasted 2 full charges then died with the same symptoms as above. Order number 1000362671 if you want to do your job, make contact with me or replies to the one of many emails that you have ghosted me. If you buy from this company who have reviews of 1/5 then its your own fault - you've been warned my me and the hundreds of other reviews online.

FRPerfect Hi. I use Ruby since almost a year. I started vaping with a Company product no longer existing (Vapour2 from Czech Republic). My experience with Kandy Pens is perfect. The flavor of my liquid is the best I get, compared to others battery makers. Customer service is ALWAYS reachable, for ALL request I had. Orders, technical assistance, return policy. It happened to me to send back three Ruby batteries. They cleaned them and sent me back. Please note that I live in the French Caribbean Pods sometimes get clogged. Batteries aren’t lifetime working. Are you surprised? Do you expect your home bulb lamp never burns? I’ll stay faithful to Kandy Pens. I buy directly on their Web site.
