GBGot a decent bubbler for under $30 Got a decent bubbler that I now keep on my nightstand at all times. Super thick glass and some weird color changing things going on. I dig it.

GBthis USED to be a great place this USED to be a great place, no more! an obvious corporate do not care about customers company. placed an order 08/19 and on 9/13 still not shipped. this is after multiple emails and text they create a shipping label on 09/10 and claim shipped. what a joke. just want my refund and i WILL NEVER BE BACK. mile high glass pipes is really a mile low. they like to fabricate the story as well.

GBI give the one star because I don’t… I give the one star because I don’t like the product, I tried it twice, doesn’t work as I expected. I would like to return the item I don’t even mind if the money is given as a credit, I just don’t like it and it will sit not being utilized.

GBUnimpressed UPDATE: I was finally contacted and taken care of by someone in this company. I feel that what I gathered was they did not have my order available because they lacked the product. So with that being said I love my stuff. They did come through and whatnot, but I'm bummed that I wasn't contacted earlier to be made aware of the situation. Original: Order placed on 9/6/2020. After attempting for 3 days to reach a staff member via chat option on website, and after sending an email, all I received back was an email stating a ticket would be made and forwarded to shipping. I have not heard back for 2 days now since that and all I would like to know is where my order is. It does not show filled or shipped and it's been 10 days. If your company is more than 10 days behind on shipping then there should be more of a warning than the average covid-19 message every site has now. Why wouldn't the person who created the ticket just figure out what the delay is? This is very opposite of speedy shipping. My order is for over $150. I've even tipped the establishment. Which I am an avid online shopper and have never seen that option. Very unimpressed with this place as I feel I could have ordered and received from many other companies I've used in the past.
