Swift Turn Around I had an issue with a previous order from Mile High. At first I didn’t get much feedback or help with my order, but one representative (Leo) reviewed my case and got me squared away in less than 10mins after noticing my request were overdue.

It is a beautiful piece of art It is a beautiful piece of art. However, not very usable. Very narrow and small capacity for water. Looks pretty on the shelf, though.

this USED to be a great place this USED to be a great place, no more! an obvious corporate do not care about customers company. placed an order 08/19 and on 9/13 still not shipped. this is after multiple emails and text they create a shipping label on 09/10 and claim shipped. what a joke. just want my refund and i WILL NEVER BE BACK. mile high glass pipes is really a mile low. they like to fabricate the story as well.
