I give the one star because I don’t… I give the one star because I don’t like the product, I tried it twice, doesn’t work as I expected. I would like to return the item I don’t even mind if the money is given as a credit, I just don’t like it and it will sit not being utilized.

Fast shipping. Good CS Item shipped quickly but sadly was broken in transit. That day I got a refund since one part was not available but they offered me a discount on that part. My one issue is that I do not wan Mile High Glass Pipes showing up on my bank statement. I prefer a little more discretion.

this USED to be a great place this USED to be a great place, no more! an obvious corporate do not care about customers company. placed an order 08/19 and on 9/13 still not shipped. this is after multiple emails and text they create a shipping label on 09/10 and claim shipped. what a joke. just want my refund and i WILL NEVER BE BACK. mile high glass pipes is really a mile low. they like to fabricate the story as well.
