Their "rewards" program is a scam I have been a steady customer of this company for a long time and have placed many orders. They kept telling me that I had built up discount points but I was never able to access them. I emailed their support seven or eight times and never received help. Somebody there named Mafe just kept telling me I did indeed have these points built up. And now, today, the same guy tells me that I don't have any points. Don't trust this company. They are attracting customers by lying about benefits that don't exist.

I like it! I don't understand all the negative reviews. This is a good product, at a good price, from an established business with superb customer service. What's not to like?

Great Customer support I have never had an issue with getting any issues I may have had with eJuiceDB resolved. Alejandra is great with making sure you are satisfied with your order and will take all steps necessary to keep you happy. Only issue I have with this company is the selection of juice brands they carry, vape products and accessories. I only wish they carried more brands from others than a selected few which still gives you great choices at really great prices.
