Exceptional Customer Service ON 4/23, I received my order for 6 SKYBAR Bold Vapes - Mint. However, they were different flavors and one was a different brand. I reached out to EJUICEDB and Alejandra responded quickly and apologize. After investigating, she found that the mint was unavailable. Instead of letting me know they were out, they just sent different ones, which we all know is not right. In any event, Alejandra let the higher ups aware and gave me a full refund. Also, I do not have to return the wrong vapes, which is great. I will let me friends try them out and maybe they will like them and EJUICEDB will have new customers. Alejandra is an exceptional customer service representative and goes above and beyond. In the years I have been ordering, she has been great everytime. From a loyal customer. Lynn

Best customer support ever!!!! I had gotten a faulty vape and I had reached out and the service that was provided was AMAZING!!! The one one customer support was beyond what I had expected I had Alejandra who assisted me and went above and beyond to help me! I know that if I was to ever have an issue again I know that I will have an amazing customer service to help me!!!

Totally screwed up orders Not only did my order take longer than they advertised but they sent me someone else's items. The outside package had my name and address so of course I opened my own mail. Upon inspection of the paper work I noticed someone else's name, address, and order number. Which now means that person won't be getting their order either. So, while having to wait longer, then receiving the incorrect order, also not giving me my money back when I emailed them with issues I was already having. eJuiceDB will no longer receive any business from me.

The site not only is glitchy but there… The site not only is glitchy but there is wrong information. On the product pages it says shipping is 9.99 but when you go to check out it says 11.99. I contacted them and said they will inform the team. When i asked about a code or something to reflect the posted price discrepency they told me to join the loyalty program so I can earn points for coupons
