Costs 11.99 to have something… It cost 11.99 to have something shipped. First, the thing I wanted the most was deleted because it was out of stock and the rest of it was shipped in two separate orders. I got one and I didn't care for it but I had never tried it before. And I waited a while for the next shipment and when I went into FedEx I see where it was sitting in Orlando for a week. I called FedEx they said I would have to put a claim in through e-juice DB. I sent an email because there's no way to contact the company by phone and the next day I got an email back saying I needed to put a claim in through the route application. Even though it had been a week I was not allowed to put the claim in that day. I waited a couple days and went back in and long behold they found my package and it was going to get delivered now. I spent all this money and I had to do all the work to locate it and get it moving. And I didn't end up with the product I wanted the most. Not happy

Quickly resolved issue The company that filled my drop shipped order sent me 4 out of date products, almost a year out of date. Missy was great, resolved the issue for me.

Great Customer support I have never had an issue with getting any issues I may have had with eJuiceDB resolved. Alejandra is great with making sure you are satisfied with your order and will take all steps necessary to keep you happy. Only issue I have with this company is the selection of juice brands they carry, vape products and accessories. I only wish they carried more brands from others than a selected few which still gives you great choices at really great prices.

The site not only is glitchy but there… The site not only is glitchy but there is wrong information. On the product pages it says shipping is 9.99 but when you go to check out it says 11.99. I contacted them and said they will inform the team. When i asked about a code or something to reflect the posted price discrepency they told me to join the loyalty program so I can earn points for coupons
