Timely responses via text and via email from Portable Hookahs help line email, which may have also been Phil too. Delivery faster than expected and deep discounts compared to the "Other Place". If you love cheaper pricing along with top notch customer service, spend your money here. I cannot thank Phil and his team enough. I will continue to buy here and make sure I give referrals. WONDERFUL Original product out of stock and was immediately told through various means of contact to give a call. Upon the call, was told product would be upgraded to a similar product for free.
