THE DISCOUNT ISN'T WORTH IT! THE DISCOUNT ISN'T WORTH IT! The Puffco Peak Pro I ordered online arrived defective. The battery doesn't fully charge and lasts only a few heating cycles. Portable Hookahs doesn't return used devices. Thankfully Puffco warranty covers malfunctioning products. Have to ship my Peak Pro to Puffco and wait for diagnostics evaluation. Before I can get it replaced. Takes weeks. Worst purchase experience.

Timely responses via text and via email from Portable Hookahs help line email, which may have also been Phil too. Delivery faster than expected and deep discounts compared to the "Other Place".
