I never worked with this company and… I never worked with this company and was leery about trusting online with all the times I have been ripped off. I called and Phil was quick to get back to me. He assured me that I wouldn't have anything to rip me off. I took a chance and with quick free shipping (arrived 3 days early) I got an unbelievable price on a Pax 3 (which is tough to find). After discount at $159 (unheard of), I got one that fully charged and linked with my phone. I am happy and would trust this company in the future.

Great customer's support Customer from Greece (Europe) here! I ordered a Da Vinci Classic, but it was out of stock (and discontinued). They offered me four alternatives, 2 of them being more expensive items, at no extra charge. I chose one, and gave them confirmation of my address in Greece (it was in Greek letters, except for the country name, of course). They emailed me the tracing link (USPS). I found out that USPS did not like the non-Roman letters and returned the item back to sender. I gave them my address in Roman (english) letters, and they re-sent me the item, giving me the new tracking number. It arrived a few days later. We ended up exchanging 5-6 e-mails for the above issues, and each of them was replied on the next working day, in a helpful manner.
