WONDERFUL Original product out of stock and was immediately told through various means of contact to give a call. Upon the call, was told product would be upgraded to a similar product for free. Arrived in two days (one before expected shipping). Had a few issues upon arrival and you guys reached out to the company and took care of it. Very satisfied! 5 starts across the board

Portable Hookahs doesn't return used devices. Thankfully Puffco warranty covers malfunctioning products. Have to ship my Peak Pro to Puffco and wait for diagnostics evaluation. Before I can get it replaced. Takes weeks. Worst purchase experience.
