Timely responses via text and via email from Portable Hookahs help line email, which may have also been Phil too. Delivery faster than expected and deep discounts compared to the "Other Place". If you love cheaper pricing along with top notch customer service, spend your money here. I cannot thank Phil and his team enough. I will continue to buy here and make sure I give referrals. Amazing Customer Service! I placed an order on their website, but what I bought was unfortunately out of stock. From that point on, however, I received some of the best customer service ever. They were very quick to reply through email, and worked really hard to get me a replacement for what I initially ordered. So what started as a rocky start ended with fantastic customer service and a product I really love. Awesome company! I highly recommend them and will be buying from them again for sure.
