Poor Taste This company accepts no responsibility for delivering rotten fruit, broken items, and poor box delivery presentation. Someone passed from our firm, we attempted to send our condolences with a basket of fruit, and the Hot Chocolate and Muffin Basket. The receipient was so disturbed by the delivery, she contacted us and said thanks for the thought, but you guys should not have to pay for this. She went further and sent us picture. Hazelton's response was, refer to our disclaimer. We will never order from this place again.

I learned my lesson I learned my lesson. Their prices and shipping are too good to be true. I placed a $100 cake/bread order on 12/26 and confirmation email stated expected delivery was 12/28. I finally got delivery today, 1 week later and like other complaints the box is half smashed. When I called to complain they requested I email pics of the box. Then I got an email back stating that they use all sorts of couriers and it was my fault for not opting for overnight delivery (which would have made this unreasonably expensive). They should just be honest on their website and say that they have no idea when you will receive your order.

shady and untrustworthy I believe these are scammers. Had a terrible experience with a cheesecake order for my daughter in a different state! The cheesecake had not been packaged properly and arrived broken into such small pieces that it was impossible to confirm that it was in fact a cheesecake. It was especially shocking in view of the price tag which topped $60. The company responded "we'll send you another one". My response: I wouldn't trust you to provide food for my dog, let alone my human family.

Rotten Food and complete order substitution Moldy fruit was delivered with only 2-day ship-to-receive time. The wine I paid extra for was substituted for lesser, completely different products. The fruit was also not prepared as per the order. When contacted they denied any kind of refund or compensation, stating that their terms and conditions state "the entire contents of the basket may be substituted" and they do not guarantee in any way "perishable items." This business is likely a scam.

Everything tasted delicious "I recently received a gift basket from a friend, and I was blown away by its contents. It was filled with a variety of gourmet snacks like cheeses, chocolates, and nuts. The presentation was beautiful, and everything tasted delicious. I highly recommend gift baskets from this company. "
