GBNO way will I give up my info before I see the products/prices I have not used Imperfect Foods because I absolutely will not give credit card info just to get into the site to view the products/prices. That practice in itself tells me that this company has some reason for capturing people's financial information up front. If/when they change the policy I will look at again. Edit based on reply: I understand that you are a subscription service but I need to look at what if offered prior to paying for it and.providing financial information to you. Only a few businesses use this model - essentially billing before anyone even sees the product. Good luck with this. Thee are many places to buy food online where I can see what’s on the store before I commit to pay.

GBContaminated food This company was fantastic until maybe about a month ago. My orders are a day late without warning or communication, the past 3 orders were not correct in the slightest, but my most recent order had a completely opened package of raw chicken that spewed all over my produce, and I STILL haven't heard back from their customer service team. If misfit just acquired them, I doubt they will get any better, as I had nothing but issues with that company prior to them merging. Save your money. You'll have to throw it all out anyway.

GBDo not give Imperfect Foods your… Do not give Imperfect Foods your information. I stopped mt subscription. A month and a half later and my subscription was suddenly reactivated yet I was unable to login to skip the week or cancel again. It's been three days and not a single response from support other than a survey asking how my experience with their support system was. They have charged me for and sent me a box I had no interest in receiving.

GBExpensive, poor quality food I understand that the food coming is “imperfect”, however rotten produce and small portion sizes with very large price tags make it difficult to support this idea. My order cost $87. A lot of the food was the same brand as what is at my local grocery store, yet I paid much more for worse quality using Imperfect Foods. The idea behind the company is a good one, however paying more for less is not practical in this economy. Unfortunately, several of my items were inedible, and ended up in the trash anyway.

GBGood idea, poor execution My first shipment never arrived due to damage. Second one arrived two days late so the perishables were bad. The boxes are packaged so poorly that essentially all of my produce was smashed to mush. Two glass containers were broken. The pantry items are decent to good, however the Imperfect Foods brand cold brew concentrate is bitter as all hell so avoid that item altogether.
