GBUsing Imperfect Food has been a great… Using Imperfect Food has been a great experience. My dad is 94 and has caregivers cook for him. So this box of weekly groceries ensures he gets healthy fruits and veges. I sometimes order something out of his ordinary itms for him to try. If it doesnt get used by him, my husband brings it home and cooks it for us. Things he particularly likes are chocolate broken almonds, chocolate chip cookies, and the lemon torte is delicious. Once a carton of eggs came and some were broken. They quickly reimbursed for them.

GBThey charged me $74 for an order I… They charged me $74 for an order I never placed. I signed up for an account so I could look around, as you can't even see anything until you've given them "payment information". I was considering a subscription, but now I'm feeling scammed.

GBAdvertising where products are not accessible Doing commercials in my area and do not even deliver to South Florida/ Boynton Beach. Company really needs to understand marketing and how to target your audience because what they're doing now is 100% incorrect. Entered our ZIP Code on their website to possibly try them out and said hopefully coming soon. They either need a new web developer or do not do targeted commercials in areas where they do not deliver to and get customers hopes up. Sad

GBGood idea, poor execution My first shipment never arrived due to damage. Second one arrived two days late so the perishables were bad. The boxes are packaged so poorly that essentially all of my produce was smashed to mush. Two glass containers were broken. The pantry items are decent to good, however the Imperfect Foods brand cold brew concentrate is bitter as all hell so avoid that item altogether.
