Contaminated food This company was fantastic until maybe about a month ago. My orders are a day late without warning or communication, the past 3 orders were not correct in the slightest, but my most recent order had a completely opened package of raw chicken that spewed all over my produce, and I STILL haven't heard back from their customer service team. If misfit just acquired them, I doubt they will get any better, as I had nothing but issues with that company prior to them merging. Save your money. You'll have to throw it all out anyway.

Good idea, poor execution My first shipment never arrived due to damage. Second one arrived two days late so the perishables were bad. The boxes are packaged so poorly that essentially all of my produce was smashed to mush. Two glass containers were broken. The pantry items are decent to good, however the Imperfect Foods brand cold brew concentrate is bitter as all hell so avoid that item altogether.

Problems adding items to my order I have been having problems ordering from imperfect foods since the first of the year (2023). When I try to add produce, the categories are grayed out, so I cannot customize my order. When I tried using the contact us link, the message did not go through because captcha was not working. No idea what is wrong.

Advertising where products are not accessible Doing commercials in my area and do not even deliver to South Florida/ Boynton Beach. Company really needs to understand marketing and how to target your audience because what they're doing now is 100% incorrect. Entered our ZIP Code on their website to possibly try them out and said hopefully coming soon. They either need a new web developer or do not do targeted commercials in areas where they do not deliver to and get customers hopes up. Sad

Expensive, poor quality food I understand that the food coming is “imperfect”, however rotten produce and small portion sizes with very large price tags make it difficult to support this idea. My order cost $87. A lot of the food was the same brand as what is at my local grocery store, yet I paid much more for worse quality using Imperfect Foods. The idea behind the company is a good one, however paying more for less is not practical in this economy. Unfortunately, several of my items were inedible, and ended up in the trash anyway.
