Great new find for unique grocery experience Fun and interesting extensive selection of grocery items. Stocked up on a variety of sauces, seasonings, pastas. Prices were reasonable. The packaging was hysterical! Everything wrapped extensively...just like my Italian in-laws! Nothings going to break on delivery with this packaging. I have saved the box and wrapping for my son's next move! Fast delivery. All good. Will be a regular shopper there.

They are super expensive and when… They are super expensive and when something is on sale it means that it is almost expired. Basically a bunch of crooks who claim they sell Italian quality products

Zero customer service I placed an order 09Dec22.I received part of the order 15Dec22. The packing slip said it was complete. I was missing 6 items, and customer service is horrible. Spoke to virtual chat, said my order was complete, then said it was shipped in 2 parts. I should have received the second one yesterday, No order, FedEx says it is delayed. Do not try to call the phone number, 35 calls, no one answers.

Wonderful store. Great Service Writing this review because there are so many bad reviews here. My experience has been nothing but spectacular. Great service all around, sure the 10% first order discount doesn't work when you buy multiples with discount, but they were able to apply it offline after I placed the order. Great communication (1 item out of 25 was out of stock and they offered a replacement or wait 5 days for it be replenished, or a refund). Shipped within 1 day. Arrived within 1 day. Very very well packed. We are happy and will certainly order again.

Terrible! Terrible!! Crooks !! Saw their ad on Facebook. Wanted to help small business. Went to their website. Ordered over $50 of their food- nothing outrageous-- all readily available. They had my money in 2 minutes. Next day received an email acknowledging order, but no delivery date. I emailed twice, asking for delivery date. Response was “...maybe in 10 days...” Finally delivery came- packaged very un-professionally. Food was warm. The chunk of speck had white specks under the wrapping. The paper ingredient list was old falling apart paper. Have not eaten any because it may be bad. Never ever again-- these people cheat OLD CRIPPLED LADIES.
