CAVejii has the best customer service… Vejii has the best customer service ever by far. I emailed customer support because my order was lost, within 15 minutes, I received a reply, asking me if I wanted a refund or for my order to be sent again. Due to the weather conditions and road cIosures in BC, I opted for the refund, which I received instantly. I will definitely be ordering again when weather and roads are better.

GB"Frozen" Food arrives warm and wet!!!! Update: The refund has been issued in a timely manner. Unfortunately, shipping arrangements for frozen food are just not satisfactory from Texas to Maryland, so I can no longer order my frozen vegan seafood from this company. I do hope the website is updated to make delivery issues very clear to consumers outside of Texas. No idea how the food tastes because, for the SECOND time, Vejii has sent my order without any refrigeration whatsoever, even though I paid extra for the packaging (some kind of "green" styrofoam stuff and NO dry ice!!! If Vejii can't ship to Baltimore, MD in a timely manner and keep the food frozen, it should not be offered online! I don't understand why a company would do this. Also, I cannot reach anyone at customer service. The first order took months to refund. No idea how long this one will take or if I will ever see my money again. This is so ridiculous. I am beyond disappointed and intend to let the companies who trust Vejii to ship their products what a poor job they do!

CAFirst time user here First time user here. I enjoy the fact that I can order everything from one location and not have to run from one grocery store to another. The variety of choices is amazing as well. There was a minor glitch with my delivery but Katie from customer service was so kind and helpful. I will be placing regular orders with you in the future. GBGood customer service I have used vejii.com before and had great service. A few days after placing my most recent order I had not received a shipping notice, so I contacted customer service. I got a quick reply with an explanation for the slowness AND a promise that the order would be shipping that same day.

GBwhy let people order at all… put in an order that was confirmed and wasn’t even informed until almost two weeks later that they didn’t even have some of what i ordered in stock. unbelievable. if i could give zero stars i would.
